How to add a Hyundai KIA ID47 key by Key Tool Plus via changing key ID without a password. Here is the guide.

To program Hyundai KIA remote, generally, we calculate the password and program it via OBD. For some Hyundai models, we can add keys by clone via key ID change.

Tools:

VVDI Key Tool Plus

XNTO00EN WirelessRemote (require XN wireless remote or XS super remote)

Step 1. Generate Remote (Remote Part)

Go to

Generate Remote>>Asia>>Hyundai>>Verna>>Verna 2017-18 ID47>>Generate

Then program the Remote Part to the car via OBD.

Step 2. Change key/transponder ID (Transponder Part)

Put the original key into the key slot and read the transponder.

Remember the key ID (07A98E1 .

Then put the new key into the key slot and read the transponder.

Click on "Edit" and "Read transponder".

Change the transponder ID to the same as the original key and click on "Write".

Then we can use the new key to start the car.

Summary

We may try this method to program remote and transponder separately to save money and time. If it fails, then we calculate the password.

Part 1. How to Program Porsche keys by Mini ACDP?

Install BCM_V1 adapter.

There are two packages of crystal oscillators - ceramic package and metal package.

Short-circuit crystal oscillator with the ceramic package on EXT1.

Short-circuit crystal oscillator with the metal package on EXT2.

Connect the circuit board to the OBP+ICP adapter and MINI ACDP main unit.

Turn on the Mini ACDP app,

Select

Porsche>>New Porsche add key/all lost>>ICP-IMMO

On the main menu, we can click on "Help" to check where the mask is.

Then select the mask. (Here is "5M48H")

Follow instructions to read EEPROM and D-FLASH data.

Replace OBP+ICP adapter with BAV-KEY adapter to make keys.

After adding a new key, save the new D-FLASH file.

Replace the BAV-KEY adapter with the OBP+ICP adapter to write D-FLASH data back.

Restore the BCM back and use the new key to start the car.

Part 2. How to Program Porsche keys by Key Tool Plus and XDNP17 BCM Adapter?

Connections on different crystal oscillators are different as well.

For ceramic crystal oscillator, connect CLK1; for metal crystal oscillator, connect CLK2.

On Key Tool Plus Pad,

Select

Prog>>IMMO>>PROSCHE>>BCM-1N35H-BACKUP>>Adapter>>Read>>D-FLASH

Read and save D-FLASH data.

Back to the homepage,

Select

Immo Programming>>Europe>>Porsche>>New Porsche key - generate dealer key>>Generated key>>EEPROM(1M35H)

Put the new key into the key slot and load the D-FLASH file we just got.

Save new EEPROM data file.

Restore the BCM back to learn the key to the car.

Insert the original key into the ignition.

On Key Tool Plus,

Select

Immo Programming>>Europe>>Porsche>>New Porsche key - key learning>>Learn key

Load the new EEPROM file.

Input key numbers (2) to be learned.

Learn the first key (original key).

Insert the second key (new key) into the ignition to learn.

Key Learn done.

Alright, one more step to replace adapters for MINI ACDP, while one more step to learn the key via OBD for Xhorse.

Issue:

Try to unlocked a Keyless key Audi by KD. It was successful. But now the key is dead.

From the above pictures, we can see that KD Max renews the key successfully, but VVDI Key Tool Plus cannot detect its transponder.

Today we're going to talk about which is the better key cutting machine: Bravo Silca III, Dolphin XP005, and Condor XC009.

Part 1. Dolphin XP-005

Start with this Xhorse Key Cutting Machine.

It's an automatickey cutter.

We have high-security jaws, M1 the double-sided jaw, M3 the jaw for Tibbe keys...

This machine does it all, whether you want to cut a key by code or bitting.

It's an amazing machine. I really highly recommend it.

There is a new one that just came out, I believe it is the Dolphin II.

The dolphin is battery-operated, so it's portable we can take it with us.

There is a manual version of Dolphin(XP-007), we can use it to cut keys, but I wouldn't recommend it because we do need a key to copy and it doesn't keep codes. We cannot cut keys by bitting unless we make a key and change the bitting on that key.

Part 2. Condor XC-009

Move on to the next machine.

It's a nice simple machine for double-sided keys.

We have 4 sides, A - D that all have different clamps for simple double-sided keys.

The only thing that this machine can do is cut keys by code, so that's one of the bad things.

Then, the battery level shows down, an LED light, and a powered battery as well.

This is battery-powered, so you just have to charge it and can take it anywhere.

Part 3. Bravo Silca III

Unlike the circle machine, we have to connect it to the outlet connector.

3. Process

ID48(96bit) online calculation: Follow instructions (sniff data...)

OBD Clone Tips:

1. VVDI Key Tool Plus can directly do OBD clone, while VVDI2 needs to work with ID48 Data Collector.

This article is a successful case of Key Tool Max to program a Volvo FH12 Truck when All Key Lost. Read the immo data by Orange 5 Programmerand generate the transponder by VVDI Key Tool Max.

Step 1. Remove the immobilizer

Remove two covers on both sides of the dashboard.

Remove the dashboard and take out the immobilizer box.

Step 2. Read the immo data

Open the immobilizer box, find the 93C66 chip.

Desolder the chip and put it on the adapter.

Install the adapter to the Orange 5main unit.

On PC, select "MicroWire 93C66 256x16".

Read and save the immo data.

Step 3. Program the transponder via dump file

Transfer the immo data file to Key Tool Max. (Click here to check the complete procedure)

Then go to

Special Function>>Immo Data Tool>>Europe>>Volvo>>Trucks>>FH12(93C66)>>Start execution

Go to "Local file" and load the immo data file.

Select the key position and put an OEM PCF7935 chip into the key coil.
