One customer gave feedback that his Condor Mini Plus II Machine gave error code 4, 5, 6. He got it down to 0.12 on the z axis but I haven't got it to zero yet.

1.Do motor test of Z-axis, and send a video to tech for analysis

One customer asked what SWFL lost means at the bottom of the screen. SWFL number is showing when Xhorse VVDI2 read key ok.

Here is the answer:

The "SWFL lost" prompt is normal after BDC is unlocked.

Do not worry about it.

If BDC has no communication due to improper voltage or other reasons.

Restore Flash with ESYS or ISTA.

One customer gave feedback that he cannot remove M5 Clamp on his Dolphin XP005L Machine. However he rotates the handle, the clamp won't move at all.

Here is the Solution:

1)Rotate this handle to remove clamp

2)The issue is not about removal but clamp not being able to fix a key blade

So tighten clamp, and slightly hit the other side of the handle to restore clamp

Now BDC module is bricked from "Current key in ignition = NO KEY".

Unstable or improper voltage during unlocking.

Solution:

Restore Flash.

Try to unlock in bench with power supply stable at 13.5v.

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max Pro, key tool max, and vvdi mini, now all needs to get the id48 96bit clone function by generation 10 new vvdi remtoes, then activate id48 function.

But we received feedback that

more than 6 months and i have genarated more than 30 new remotes and on activation list still says( 4more remotes to activate 48 id ) now i did today 5 new remotes and still stuck to 4 remotes..

Please click "More" in main max pro page to collect the points

Then it is OK.

And for id48 function, please confirm 10 new vvdi remote keys, as only the first time of xhorse vvdi remote keys generation will have points.

Check if pins are connected correct in adapter's socket;
