One customer gave feedback that his Key Tool Max Pro could not generate XSCH01EN Remote.

Here is the Solution:

Make sure we select the required remote.

To identify remote, go to

Special Function>>VVDI Remote function>>Detect remote

*Install a battery before generating or detecting Smart Remote, or tools may get errors
