Question:

Failed to get immo data from the server, server problem? use VVDI MLB Tool and new Xhorse XDMQBAGL MQB48 Adapter.

Here is the Answer:

Select "Collect key data" to extract and upload data again.

Do Not click on 'Query last successful result'.
