One customer gave feedback that his Key Tool Max Pro won't update firmware. He tried with different network options and 5G phone hotspot but all failed and it gave "error=20_58". Another Key Tool Max updated firmware without problems.

Here Xhorsevvdi tech answers:

1)Clear cache or Restore factory settings

2)Update firmware again

3)If it still fails, send it back to factory
