Can't update Multi Prog Software, it keeps showing "Error Code:1, Error address: 2", how to fix this error? Is there a new version available?

Here is the Solution:

*In the picture is the menu to update Multi Prog database.

Switch software language to English, and update database.

(Path: Update Online>> Database upgrade)

To update software, online update on software

(Path: Update Online>> Software upgrade)

or use the latest download link. (Click to Download)
