Question:

The Xhorse Key Reader I received is not working properly. When I connect to reader through Xhorse App, insert a key as instructed, and start the process, it keeps telling me the device timed out and to restart the device.

Here is the Solution:

Restart Key Reader, try other options, and check if blade is inserted correctly as the prompt.
