Connect Dolphin XP005L Machine to phone app.

Go to

Device info>>key cutting machine>>Power

Show battery details to your seller.

2.Check Battery Cable

Open Dolphin Machine.

Check out if the cable is connected well.

3.Battery Boot Video

Take a video to show if machine will automatically turn off after charging cable is unplugged.

Send it to your seller for a free battery replacement.
