One customer gave feedback that his Condor XC-MINI Plus II cutter broke before finishing key cutting.

Here are tests required by our tech.

Test main motor, all good.

Here is the Solution:

Open Condor Mini Plus II Machine and check connectors to the driver board.

Re-plug in four marked wires, and be careful about the wire marked by a yellow circle.
