One customer gave feedback that his VVDI Multi Prog ECU Programmer won't read or erase D70F3524 hundai solaris instrument panel. Software shows "Chip unlocking failed! Error code: 10050001" and "chip data erase failed! Error code: 0000001a".

Here Xhorsevvdi tech support answers:

1)Check out the connection by pinout, especially the connection marked by the red arrow.

2)Try to supply 12v power to the instrument panel and read again.
