One customer gave feedback that his Key Tool Max Pro was not charged.

Machine has unloaded and is defective to load.

Here is the Solution:

1.Test main power supply and chargers with other devices

Ensure cables are normal.

2.Replace the diode

Ask for a diode replacement or send VVDI Key Tool Max Pro back.
