One customer wondered what the error meant when his Xhorse VVDI PROG tried to read an Opel Immobilizer box. VVDI PROG software shows "Chip not connected(00)".

Here is the Solution:

For Soldering, check connection.

For TMS370 Adapters,

Check if pins are connected correct in adapter's socket;

Check if adapter is connected correct to VVDI Programmer.
