VW CADDY 2010 AKL Programming using VVDI2

This article is going to show you how to program keys for VW Caddy 2010 when all key lost.

 

Tools:

VVDI2

Key Tool Max

Dolphin XP005

VCDS

 

Keys:

Xhorse XKB501EN Wire Remote with glass chip

 

Process:

 

Step 1. Cut Blade

 

Turn on VVDI Max, switch to XP005 page.

Select

Cut by Bitting>>HU66>>HU66 8 Bitting

Enter bittings, put new blank on clamp, and then cut blade.

 

Step 2. Key Learning

 

Connect VVDI2 to vehicle.

Open V7.25 VVDI2 software,

Select

Key Learn>>4th Immobilizer system - VW/Skoda/Seat>>Instrument with Micronas CDC3217/3297/3272+24C32

Read and save EEPROM.

Read and save Immo data.

Put new key chip into the coil, click "Make Dealer Key".

Select

Add Key>>Add dealer key to immobilizer directly

Reset instrument, "SAFE" away.

Read Immo data, Key 4 is added.

 

Step 3. Remote Programming

Turn on VVDI Max, switch to VVDI Max page.

Select

Vehicle Remote>>VW>>Caddy>>DA8000M 04-11 1536 434.42 ASK

Connect XKB501EN Remote to Key Tool Max via remote programming cable.

Generate Remote.

Program remote by VCDS.

Assemble chip and XKB501EN remote.

Done.
