One customer gave the feedback that the cutter of his Xhorse Condor Mini Plus Machine stopped moving before cutting a HU66 blade.

Here is how Xhorsevvdi technician troubleshoots,

1.Do Main motor test (Path: Device Information>>Motor Measurement>>Main motor test)

Notes:

1)See if the cutter rotates

2)Keep the cover down during the test

Result:

The cutter won't rotate.

Solution:

Replace driver board.
