On this ecu, flash file size is not fixed, and it varies so the size shows 0kb

My VVDI Multi Prog keeps losing the USB connection even during the update and then regains it again and again. I tried ports and cables on other computers and it's still the same.

Try the ways below,

1)Change to another USB port

2)User another power adapter

3)Make sure power adapter is connected to a 3-pin socket

To solve this problem, Main Motor Measurement is required.

(Path: Settings>> Device Test>> Motor measurement>>Main Motor Measurement)

Test shows error 20.

Here users need to check connections on Condor II driver board.

Re-connect cables here.

In this article, we'll show you how to cut a HON66 key using Xhorse Condor XC-002 PRO.

Steps:

Insert original and new key blade into machine by the guiding block and a shim.

Put down main handle and rotate micro-adjust knob.

When the green light turns on, height calibration is complete.

Move clamp A/ B/ C in align with the line.

Turn on machine and adjust cutting speed.

Put down main handle and cut key.

Repeat steps above to cut the other side.

Done!

That's how to cut HON66 key using Condor XC-002 PRO.

Here is the Answer:

Read password file on Bench mode.

To clone delco e87, simple Read& Write won't work.

First install module to car, and see if car will start.

1)If so, and ECU was read and written before using other ECU programmers, cloning is not possible. See if that programmer could still read and write

2)If not or immobilizer is active, we need to do immo off
