This is a review of V5.1.9 VVDI PROG:

Simple Guide:

Read EEPROM and DFLASH data by VVDI PROG Programmer.

 

Remove KVM module on the trunk.

Hook PCB to VVDI PROG by soldering.

Read eeprom and dflash data under "RFA-SECURED(MC9S12XEQ384)".

Load data on Tango.

Write data into new key.

Save new eeprom and dflash data.

Write new data back into KVM module by VVDI PROG.

Install back KVM and new key works.

This article is going to show you how to program keys for VW Caddy 2010 when all key lost.

Keys:

Xhorse XKB501EN Wire Remote with glass chip

 

Process:

 

Step 1. Cut Blade

 

Turn on VVDI Max, switch to XP005 page.

Select

Cut by Bitting>>HU66>>HU66 8 Bitting

Enter bittings, put new blank on clamp, and then cut blade.

 

Step 2. Key Learning

 

Connect VVDI2 to vehicle.

Open V7.25 VVDI2 software,

Select

Key Learn>>4th Immobilizer system - VW/Skoda/Seat>>Instrument with Micronas CDC3217/3297/3272+24C32

Read and save EEPROM.

Read and save Immo data.

Put new key chip into the coil, click "Make Dealer Key".

Select

Add Key>>Add dealer key to immobilizer directly

Reset instrument, "SAFE" away.

Read Immo data, Key 4 is added.

 

Step 3. Remote Programming

Turn on VVDI Max, switch to VVDI Max page.

How Key Tool Max + Mini OBD Program 2015 Peugeot 208 AKL?

This article is going to show you the process of 2015 Peugeot 208 AKL programming.

We will prepare the blade using Dolphin XP005 Machine, and program two keys using VVDI MAX with MINI OBD.

 

Step 1. Prepare Blade

Lishi door to get key bittings.

Turn on Dolphin XP005, connect it to Key Tool Max.

Enter HU83 7-cut control, enter key bittings.

Cut key.

 

Step 2. Read Password

Now we are in the vehicle.

How to Cut Bit Keys using Dolphin XP-008 Manual Machine?

In this article, we will show you how to cut a bit key using the new Dolphin XP0008 Key Cutting Machine.

 

Prepare a new key blade for duplicating the original one.

Adjust clamp to side A.

Loosen right clamp, insert new key blade, and tighten it up.

Put the original key into the left clamp in the same way.

Make sure the original and the new keys are aligned perfectly. (If you are not clear about this procedure, please check Dolphin XP008 Installation and Calibration Guide)

Then turn on Dolphin XP008.

During cutting, push clamps a little harder in order to cut bittings completely, and rotate the handle to move clamps to left or to right.

When we finish cutting this side, turn off the power.

 

Loosen right clamp, and turn the new key to the other side.

Same to the original one.

Turn on the machine to cut the other side on the same way.

When we finish cutting both sides, turn off the power.
